Originally released as a CD on Metal Bastard in 2003
Like Owe, guitar player of Kiel based death-grind-outfit NEURON, stated a couple of weeks ago, FLEISCHWOLF was a quick band. Quick in finding together as a band, quick in writing songs, quick in finding a label (that ripped them off later), quick in recording and quick in splitting up after the release of “Lebenskraft” around 2000. Often compared to CROWBAR and TOTENMOND, FLEISCHWOLF concentrated to play mostly in a mid-tempo groove adding dual vocals and German lyrics. To be honest, just because that’s the only language the band had completely under control. O.K., maybe polish drummer Szymon could have added something different, but he didn’t. After the split guitar player and vocalist Owe founded with bass player and singer Ollie NEURON to explore the faster side of music. Anyway, have fun with FLEISCHWOLF.
